What we collect
- Your mobile phone number
- SMS messages you send to or receive from this number
- Opt-in and opt-out records (including START, Y, STOP, HELP)
- Basic delivery metadata (time sent or received, delivery status)
How we use it
We use this information only to operate Factory SMS: send and receive texts you requested, confirm opt-in, honor STOP and HELP, and keep an audit trail of those messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use Twilio to send and receive SMS. Twilio processes those messages as our service provider.
Retention
We keep opt-in, opt-out, and message records as long as needed to operate Factory SMS and meet carrier and Twilio requirements, then delete or de-identify them.
